The Ex product will follow the ATEX standard EN 60079 series and EN 1834 series ,and will give a《DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY》which is signed by the manufacturer according to the ATEX Standard EN 1834-1.

The 1000KVA Zone 2 Hazardous Area Diesel Generator is a high-reliability emergency and primary power supply equipment specifically designed for flammable and explosive environments. It is core-adapted to the strict requirements of Zone 2 hazardous areas (where no explosive gas mixtures exist during normal operation and only exist briefly under abnormal conditions).​

Equipped with an explosion-proof certified power system, this generator adopts high-performance engines such as the Cummins KTA38-G5. Through a dual-pump dual-circuit cooling system and a water-cooled turbine housing design, the surface temperature of the entire unit is strictly controlled below 200℃. Combined with an Ex d flameproof structure and increased-safety electrical components, it fully complies with the ATEX 94/9/EC directive and GB 3836 series explosion-proof standards, with an explosion-proof rating of II 3G IIB T3 GC.​

It has a rated output of 1000KVA, supporting 50/60Hz frequency and 400/480V voltage regulation. Equipped with a Stanford or Leroy-Somer brushless generator and a DeepSea/Comap intelligent control system, the static voltage regulation accuracy is ≤1%. It can realize automatic alarm and shutdown protection for multiple faults such as low fuel level, overtemperature, and overcurrent.​

The equipment adopts an anti-corrosion design with a stainless steel shell and an electrophoretic coating bracket, reaching an IP65 protection level. It can adapt to harsh environments with strong corrosion and high dust, such as chemical industry and offshore platforms. Meanwhile, it has passed BV third-party testing and DNV 2.7-1 anti-slip frame certification, ensuring safe, stable, and long-term operation in hazardous areas.
